It looks fantastic and the assembly was easy, but after three months, it developed a noticeable squeak every time someone sits down. I tried tightening all the bolts but the sound persists. If they fix the construction, it would be a 5-star product. I may need to call support to see if this is a known issue. The velvet fabric is very soft and comfortable, but the noise ruins the experience. More

I spent three hours trying to decipher the instructions just to attach the legs. The manual diagrams are useless, and the parts weren't labeled correctly. Once together, it looks great, but the **maintenance** of this piece is going to be difficult, I can already tell... The fabric seems like it will be hard to clean. If you are not DIY-inclined, pay for professional assembly! More
