If they fix the construction, it would be a 5-star product. I may need to call support to see if this is a known issue. The velvet fabric is very soft and comfortable, but the noise ruins the experience. More

Once together, it looks great, but the **maintenance** of this piece is going to be difficult, I can already tell... The fabric seems like it will be hard to clean. If you are not DIY-inclined, pay for professional assembly! More
