At Beconcepts, we’re committed to making the delivery of your furniture as seamless as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping timelines and policies:

Delivery of Pre-Order/Backordered Items

Pre-ordered/Backordered items are custom-made or manufactured upon receiving the order. These orders typically takes 25 working days to be manufactured and are then shipped.

You’ll receive regular updates via email, including:

Confirmation of your order.
Estimated production completion.
Dispatch and delivery information

Once your order has been manufactured, our logistics team will then arrange delivery for you according to the table below:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier availability, or high order volumes.

Delivery Process

Our delivery team will contact you to confirm the delivery day and time window.
Delivery includes placing the item in the room of your choice.
Assembly, if requested and paid for, is included for certain beds. All our other products come pre-assembled and pre-built for your convenience.
We also remove all packaging from your home and recycle it on our side, where possible.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Free delivery may apply to orders over a certain value, please check our website for current promotions.

Important Notes

Please ensure the delivery address is accessible and someone is available to receive the order.
Any rescheduling of a delivery after confirmation of a delivery date may incur an additional fee.
